Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 250 ml vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 jar asparagus pieces
- 1 handful of vegetables, frozen
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- some salt and pepper, if necessary Vegeta
- some fat for frying
- n. B. Sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the chicken breast into small pieces or cut into strips, and dice the onion into small cubes. Add a little fat to the pan, heat it until very hot, and then fry the sliced chicken strips until crispy. Add the diced onion and vegetables and sauté briefly again. Deglaze with the white wine and simmer briefly (about one minute). Add the vegetable stock and cream. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper or Vegeta and add about two tablespoons of sauce thickener.
