Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 50 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- oil
- 8 slices of farmhouse bread
- butter

Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Dice the onions and garlic and sauté in a pan with oil. Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast fillets and fry them in the pan. Deglaze with white wine and add the cream and cream cheese. Add the cherry tomatoes and seasonings and let everything simmer for a bit. Toast the bread in a pan with butter, arrange the chicken strips on top, and serve sprinkled with chives.
