Yogurt apple pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar, one bag is for sprinkling
  • 2 pinches of dry yeast
  • 1 apple (Braeburn)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Own creation

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour oil into a hot pan. Peel and slice the apple. Pour the batter into the hot pan and spread evenly. Top with apple slices. Once the edges of the pancake are light brown, flip the pancake and finish cooking. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
