Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pomegranate
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

peppy variation of a simple salad

Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then, while continuing to stir, slowly add the cream until a creamy sauce forms. Pour the sauce over the salad. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Sprinkle them over the salad.
