Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tortellini
- 1 can tuna in oil
- ¼ liter cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 6 slices of Gouda
- Fondor
- oregano
- paprika
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Boil water and cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Combine the tuna oil with the cream and crème fraîche, season with spices, and heat. Place the cooked tortellini in a casserole dish, scatter the tuna over the top, and pour the heated sauce over the top. Bake the casserole dish at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, topped with Gouda cheese.
