Spinach – Salmon – Lasagna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen spinach
  • 200 g salmon fillet(s) (frozen)
  • 4 lasagna sheets
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Spice(s), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the spinach in a saucepan and thaw over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Allow the salmon to thaw slightly, then cut into pieces. Place the bottom layer of the lasagna dish with lasagna sheets, covering the bottom. Then add the salmon and spinach, and continue until the dish is almost full. The last layer should be a lasagna sheet. Spread the crème fraîche on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
