Tuna Lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g tomatoes
  • 240 g tuna, in its own juice
  • 200 g corn
  • 4 tsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 75 g sheep’s cheese
  • 8 lasagna sheets, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the tomatoes, tear the tuna into pieces, and combine both with the corn. Heat the margarine, dust with flour, and mix. Pour in the milk, stir until smooth, heat briefly, and season generously with herbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Crumble the feta cheese and stir into the sauce. Place 4 lasagna sheets in a baking dish, top with the vegetable and tuna mixture, and pour over the sauce. Repeat the process, finishing with the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for about 40 minutes.
