Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- Sauce, satay sauce = peanut sauce (homemade or bought)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dutch recipe
Cut the turkey breast into fairly small cubes and season. Arrange the meat on four skewers and sear well in hot oil, turning the skewers regularly to prevent them from overcooking. Serve with satay sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes, baguette, and French fries.
