Tofu and cheese pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g tofu, natural, diced
  • 2 tbsp dark Chinese soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Vegetable broth, organic, instant
  • 1 tsp oil, for frying
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • 50 g processed cheese with yogurt, 14%
  • 2 tbsp cream (light)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Combine the soy sauce, honey, and mustard and season well with the vegetable broth. Marinate the diced tofu in it for several hours. Dice the bell peppers as well. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the tofu and bell peppers for a few minutes until browned. Deglaze with the cream and add the cheese to the pan and let it melt. This dish goes well with stuffed vegetables or classic potatoes, noodles, or rice.
