Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle, ready-made or homemade
- 150 g diced ham
- 4 slices of processed cheese
- 80 g Gorgonzola
- 100g Camembert(s)
- 3 eggs
- Oil or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
quick and easy, for cheese lovers
Chop the Gorgonzola and Camembert into small pieces. Heat a pan with oil or butter and warm the spaetzle. Add the ham cubes. Add the Gorgonzola and Camembert and stir until melted. Add the processed cheese slices and let them melt. Now crack the eggs into the pan and stir until set.
