Egg salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 slice(s) ham, (grilled ham), wafer-thin slices
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard
  • 3 tsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 2 cl orange juice
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with ham

First, boil the eggs for about 7-8 minutes. They should no longer be soft, but not yet completely hard either. Peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces. Cut the grilled ham into small strips. Place them in a bowl with the eggs. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and orange juice and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, and turmeric. You can, of course, also make this with leftover Easter eggs or other sausage leftovers (although I wouldn’t recommend salami).
