Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g salad of your choice
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, washed
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 10 olives, black
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil (corn oil)
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Toss the lettuce with the cherry tomatoes in a salad bowl. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and slice it. Add the cucumber slices to the salad. Halve the yellow bell pepper, remove the white seeds and skins, and dice it. Mix the diced bell pepper and black olives into the salad. Peel the red onion, halve it, and slice it. Dice the cooked ham and cut the Gouda into strips. Mix the cooked ham, red onion, and Gouda into the salad. Pour the white wine vinegar into a small bowl and season with freshly ground pepper, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Add the freshly squeezed garlic, corn oil, and cream, and stir the marinade vigorously with a whisk. Pour the marinade over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
