Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g shrimp(s)
  • 200 g noodles (Mie-)
  • 50 g bamboo shoots
  • 50 g soy sprouts
  • 50 g mushrooms, brown
  • 10 g mushrooms (Mu Err mushrooms), cut into strips, dried
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 tsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, as needed
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the mie noodles according to the instructions. Chop the vegetables into strips and slices, and finely chop the ginger and garlic clove. Soak the mu err mushrooms and squeeze out the excess water. Stir-fry everything in a wok with oil. The vegetables should remain firm and crisp. Finally, add the shrimp and season with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Add the hot mie noodles and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with the sliced ​​spring onions.
