Spaghetti with leek

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks, approx. 750g
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Trim and slice the leek, wash thoroughly, and drain. Cook the spaghetti and add the leek strips just before they’re done (about 3 minutes). Drain in a sieve. Melt the butter and briefly brown the cooked ham in it. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
