Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200g tofu
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut the tofu into equal-sized cubes. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for about 1 hour. Then process further and fry it, for example, for a stir-fry.
