Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
low-calorie sweet white bread without yeast
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the quark and sugar with a spoon. In a second bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add the flour mixture and milk to the quark and knead everything thoroughly using the dough hook of a hand mixer. The dough will still be quite sticky, but you shouldn’t add any more flour, as otherwise the bread will only taste of flour. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (this works well with a moistened spoon; the stickiness doesn’t matter). Bake the bread at 150°C (fan oven) for 30-40 minutes. Please note that every oven bakes differently; the bread may need significantly longer. Keep an eye on it and do a tap test!
