Baked minced steaks with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 250g mozzarella
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion and herbs. Knead the ground beef, quark, egg, herbs, and onion together and season with salt and pepper. Form approximately 6-8 flat patties. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until browned on both sides. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Place the patties in a baking dish, arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella on top, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-20 minutes. Serve with baguette, French fries, or rice.
