Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour (whole wheat)
  • 120 g flour (rye flour)
  • 270 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp onions, roasted (more if needed)
  • ½ pack of yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the bread maker

Add the ingredients to the bread maker, making sure the liquid ingredients go first. Set the settings as follows: 1000g (medium size), light browning, regular white bread dough.
