Minced meat – potato – vegetable – casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (400 g each)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • n. B. Cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil and peel the potatoes. Brown the ground beef and set aside. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces and the zucchini and potatoes into slices. Sauté the onions and garlic, add the peppers and zucchini, and sauté everything for a few minutes. Now pour in the diced tomatoes and cream. Stir well and season generously with the spices. It should have a slight heat. Let the whole thing simmer for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite. Place the potato slices in a baking dish, spread the ground beef on top, and then pour the vegetable sauce over it. Carefully fold everything in and mix. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 250°C.
