Soy goulash with peppers from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g soy shreds
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 150 ml water
  • ½ pack of KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spicy Goulash (seasoning base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with spice base

Deseed the bell peppers and dice them. Fill a glass bowl with water and stir in half of the seasoning base. Add the soy chunks to the water and let them steep for 10 minutes. Then add the diced bell peppers and mix. Cover the bowl (with a silicone lid or an upside-down dessert plate) and microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Stir, add a little more water if necessary, and cook for another 5 minutes at 2/3 power. I served this with buckwheat noodles and roasted celery slices.
