Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 250 g corn
- ½ can tomatoes, pureed
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 250 g green beans, fresh
- 900 ml water
- 3 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 1 can kidney beans
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with spice base
Brown the minced meat well. Add the bell peppers, corn, kidney beans, and beans. Gradually add the water and seasoning. Bring to a boil, then add the passata. Simmer for 20 minutes.
