Apple-nut-cinnamon cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 150 g nuts, grated
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy (regular granulated sugar will work, but powdered sugar tastes better). Then add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder (don’t skimp on the cinnamon). Finally, stir in the grated nuts and chopped apples (I cut the apples into pieces about 0.5 cm in size). Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Finally, sprinkle with a light layer of powdered sugar.
