Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g flour, whole grain
  • 25 g bran (wheat bran) or oat flakes
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 20 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 ml milk
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 35 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very tasty, low in calories, light and easy to make.

Combine the flour with the bran, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat the cream cheese, egg, and honey until fluffy, then add the milk. Combine everything with the flour mixture. Peel, core, and chop the apple into small pieces. Fold it into the batter along with the raisins. Pour the batter into 4 muffin tins. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
