Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish fillet(s) of your choice
  • 250 ml sauce (salsa), mild or hot
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g chips (corn tortilla chips, natural)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C) and grease a shallow baking dish. Pat the fish fillets dry and place them in the dish. Spread with salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Crumble the tortilla chips and sprinkle over the fish fillets. Bake the fish in the oven for about 20 minutes, then serve with sour cream or salsa and tortilla chips.
