Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small schnitzels
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 can mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), sliced
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 packs of spice mix
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the schnitzels unseasoned in a lightly greased baking dish and cover with the minced meat. Scatter the mushrooms and finely chopped onion over the schnitzels and cover with cheese slices. Mix the cream and seasoning mix together and pour over the schnitzels. Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 180-200°C (convection oven).
