Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 veal escalopes or pork escalopes
- salt and pepper
- some oil
- some butter
- 250 g tomato(s), sliced
- 150 g blue cheese
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grease a baking dish with butter. Line it with the tomato slices. Brown the schnitzels in a little oil for 3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper, and place on top of the tomatoes. Slice the cheese and place on top of the schnitzels. Place the dish in a preheated oven (225°C) and bake the schnitzels for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, cream, and sherry to the pan drippings and cook until lightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with green butter beans and croquettes or French fries.
