Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 apples (Boskop), alternatively fruit of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Fast, tasty, affordable

Combine the dough ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Peel and slice the apples. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly over the sheet. Distribute the apples (or fruit) evenly over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
