Simple apple pie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 6 tbsp soy flour
  • 12 tbsp water
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener (Stevia, as a substitute for 150 g sugar)
  • e.g. apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour into a springform pan. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and lightly press them into the mixture. Bake at 170°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. The cake also tastes delicious with a little cocoa powder and pears.
