Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 veal escalopes
- 5 packs of tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 cups of cream, 250 grams each
- 10 slices of Parma ham
- 10 slice(s) cheese, savory
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the veal escalopes on a greased baking sheet and top each with a slice of Parma ham. Mix the tomato pieces with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to thicken slightly and pour over the veal escalopes. Top each escalope with a slice of cheese and bake in the oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Delicious with fresh baguette and salad.
