- 500 g chicken breast or turkey breast
- salt and pepper
- 1 pack of cheese (cheese cubes)
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
- Flour
- possibly oregano

First, you need to make mince from the chicken or turkey breast. Cut the breast into strips and mince it. Then, using your hands, portion out the meatballs so that the cheese cubes can be hidden inside. Press the cheese cubes into the balls and shape them into rounds again. If desired, you can mix the breadcrumbs with oregano. Coat each meatball first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Finally, fry the meatballs in hot oil until golden brown.
