Smoked Salmon Quark with Jacket Potatoes
The perfect smoked salmon quark with jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Waxy potatoes (here: 8)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 250 g Cream quark 40%
- 2 tbsp Cream horseradish (glass)
- 0,5 Grated apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Cut dill
- 10 Dill stalks for garnish
- 2 Small tomatoes for garnish
- 2 Small cucumbers for garnish
- Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off. Cut the smoked salmon into small strips and mix with the cream quark, cream horseradish, grated ½ apple, lemon juice, coarse sea salt from the mill, colored pepper from the mill and cut dill. Serve smoked salmon quark with jacket potatoes and garnished with tomato halves, cucumber and dill stalks.
