Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice. Knead the flour, 200g sugar, a sachet of vanilla sugar, and the butter into a crumbly dough and press it firmly onto a baking sheet. Dice the marzipan. Mix the pudding powder with 150g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and 6 tablespoons of milk. Cook the pudding with the remaining milk according to the package instructions. Dissolve the marzipan in the hot pudding, then let the pudding cool. Meanwhile, arrange the apples on the dough. Beat the eggs into the slightly cooled pudding and spread the marzipan glaze evenly over the apples. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
