Vegan cornflake chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 50 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Cream the margarine and sugar together until creamy. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and stir into the butter and sugar mixture. Chop the chocolate (or grate it if you’re lazy), add the cornflakes, and mix with a wooden spoon. Form the dough into small balls and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes until lightly golden brown.
