Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g pork fillet(s)
- 250 g breakfast bacon, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups of cream (200 g each)
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ¾ tube(s) tomato paste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper, cut into approximately 3 cm thick slices, and pound lightly. Wrap each slice in a slice of bacon and place in an oiled baking dish. Mix the cream, paprika, and tomato paste until smooth and spread over the fillet slices. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 40-45 minutes. Serve with croquettes and/or baguette.
