  • 2 salmon steaks (200 g each)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, white

Microwave meal

Place the salmon steaks in a greased ovenproof dish, drizzle with lemon juice on both sides, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the white wine, season, add the sliced ​​spring onion, and scatter over the salmon. Cook with the lid closed (or cover with microwave foil) at 700 watts for about 8-10 minutes.
