Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon steaks (200 g each)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Microwave meal
Place the salmon steaks in a greased ovenproof dish, drizzle with lemon juice on both sides, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the white wine, season, add the sliced spring onion, and scatter over the salmon. Cook with the lid closed (or cover with microwave foil) at 700 watts for about 8-10 minutes.
