Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 100 g smoked pork or cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese (grated Emmental)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cream
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • ⅛ liter wine, white, dry
  • nutmeg
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Microwave casserole

Grease the casserole dish, tear the toast into pieces, and add it. Finely dice the smoked pork (or ham) and arrange it on top with the cheese. Whisk the eggs, cream, spices, and white wine together and pour over the mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then cook uncovered for about 10 minutes at 600 watts, then add the grill for another 5 minutes until the casserole is lightly browned.
