Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken, cut into small pieces
- 400 g mushrooms, sliced
- 250 g creamy feta cheese (e.g. Cremas)
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Herbs (e.g. basil), dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry briefly. They shouldn’t get too soft. Crumble or cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Add it to the pan and let it melt. Once it has a creamy consistency, it’s ready. Season with pepper and herbs to taste. Serve with rice or pasta.
