Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 400 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 g creamy feta cheese (e.g. Cremas)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Herbs (e.g. basil), dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry briefly. They shouldn’t get too soft. Crumble or cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Add it to the pan and let it melt. Once it has a creamy consistency, it’s ready. Season with pepper and herbs to taste. Serve with rice or pasta.
