Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 2 oranges (juice)
  • 125 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream flavor
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Make a batter from the first 7 ingredients; divide it between 2 equal-sized springform pans, if possible. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then slowly add the sugar and continue beating until dissolved. Divide this mixture evenly between the batter layers and bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes. Bring the juice of 2 lemons and 2 oranges to a boil with 1/8 liter of water (3 tablespoons for mixing), and 100g of sugar, then thicken with the pudding mix. Allow the pudding to cool thoroughly. Whip 2 cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks form and stir in the pudding. Once the layers have cooled, pour the filling onto one layer. Carefully cut the other layer into 10 to 12 pieces and place it on top of the batter. This makes it easier to slice the cake. The cake can look exactly as it’s called!
