Strawberry cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 300 g sour cream
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Polish style with sour cream

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, depending on how big or small you like them in the yogurt. Pour the 2-3 cups (300-450g total) of sour cream into a bowl. Add the strawberries and stir well…until the white sour cream turns pink. Now add sugar, depending on how sweet you like it, stir, and season to taste.
