Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can coconut milk, approx. 400 ml
- 1 apple
- ½ banana(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian, goes well with poultry
Peel and dice the onion. Peel the apple, core, and dice it. Sauté the onion in hot oil in a pan, then add the diced apple until soft. Stir in the coconut milk and add the peeled and diced banana. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Puree everything with a hand blender and then season to taste.
