Remoulade

The perfect remoulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche herbs
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber water
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Dice shallots, cucumber and apple. Cut the spring onion into rings. Put everything in a bowl. Mix together yogurt, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, cucumber water, mustard and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and add to the bowl. Mix well and stir in.
  2. Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour. Then stir again and take out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving.
