Remoulade
The perfect remoulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Spring onion
- 0,5 Apple
- 2 Gherkins
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Chopped dill
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche herbs
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Cucumber water
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Dice shallots, cucumber and apple. Cut the spring onion into rings. Put everything in a bowl. Mix together yogurt, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, cucumber water, mustard and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and add to the bowl. Mix well and stir in.
- Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour. Then stir again and take out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving.
