Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 ml tomato(s), strained
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 500 g couscous (instant)
- oil

Delicious, simple and quick dish, pseudo-Arabic
Sauté the chopped onion and ground beef in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, and bell pepper), cut into approximately 1.5 cm cubes, to the pan and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the sliced tomatoes and tomato puree, simmer for a few minutes, and season generously with cinnamon powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes or cayenne pepper. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions and serve with the side dish.
