Dwarf Chili con Carne

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced beef, alternatively turkey mince
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can red beans
  • 2 bell peppers, colors of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili (depending on the age of the children)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

mitigated for my day children

Heat the oil, fry the meat until crumbly, remove it, and fry the onion. Return both ingredients to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes with the tomatoes, beans, and diced bell peppers, stirring occasionally (if the mixture is too dry, add a little stock). Season to taste, taking the children’s ages into account. My one-year-old eats this dish without chili, but the older children find a little (!!!) spice quite tasty. If you’re cooking this dish for adults, you can braise a large, mild chili pepper with it. We eat it with rice or couscous.
