  • 500 g couscous (instant)

Sauté the chopped onion and ground beef in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, and bell pepper), cut into approximately 1.5 cm cubes, to the pan and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the sliced ​​tomatoes and tomato puree, simmer for a few minutes, and season generously with cinnamon powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes or cayenne pepper. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions and serve with the side dish.
