Stuffed mushrooms, savory gratin

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems (freeze for later use if desired). Place the mushrooms in a casserole dish and fill with the minced meat. Pour the hollandaise sauce over them and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
