Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 350 g flour
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
  • n. B. Sugar for sprinkling
  • n. B. raisins, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without yeast, quick and easy preparation

Mix the ingredients listed above to form a dough. Add a little more flour if the dough is too runny. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, or raisins, if desired, and roll it up. Cut the snails and place them on the baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
