Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- salt water
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped with herbs
- 1 jar peppers, grilled
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. arugula
- e.g. Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Brown the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and garlic and fry until translucent. Deglaze the dish with the tomatoes. Drain the grilled peppers, chop them, and add them. You may need to adjust the seasoning to taste. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Finally, add the arugula, if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
