Spelt fusilli with Bolognese and cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Spelt pasta (fusilli)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 150 g
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • oil
  • some dill, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the Bolognese, peel and dice the onions, and mince 1 garlic clove. Fry the minced meat, onions, and garlic together in a pan until crumbly. Add the spices. When the minced meat is cooked through, add 1 can of tomatoes. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, prepare the cucumber salad. Grate the gherkin. Mix together the cucumber, yogurt, salt, pepper, and sugar. Carefully season with vinegar, oil, and dill.
